CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To continue providing quality service and accommodating all clients fairly, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. • Clients are allowed ONE reschedule per deposit. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. • Late cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows or missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
